These chews are one of our best selling items - most people report awe and disbelief at how long one will last (and are thrilled that they are made from ingredients that their dog can digest, versus other chew products that are on the market that are not as safe.) The Isthmus is conducting their 2010 Madison's Favorites Poll - and we'd love it if you'd take the time to vote for us (assuming you think we're "top dog" in the pet supply store category!!). We are honored to have been awarded 3rd place in last year's poll. The voting ends at 5:00 pm on June 21st - and for votes to be valid the ballots must have at least 20 categories filled in. Thanks - it would sure make us smile if you voted for us! ******************** Madison Store News For those of you that have not heard, Natura (Innova, EVO & California Natural) has been sold to Proctor & Gamble. As a result we will no longer carry these foods. The news of the sale was a shock and huge disappointment in a food and manufacturer that we trusted. We have no doubt that at some point the sourcing and/or formulas will change, but beyond that we can not support a company (P&G) that is one of the worst offenders of animal testing. Please let us know if you have any questions about our decisions or need help in finding a new food. We are here to help keep your dog friend(s) happy and healthy! Last month we put out a call for people to submit their favorite dog or cat photos. We received 50 entries and they are now in our display windows to be voted on. Each customer/visitor gets to vote once. Top 3 winners will receive prizes. 1st place winner receives a 60 minute photo shoot with Grey Oaks Pet-ography (www.greyoakspets.com) - a $100 value!
